    Staff were very helpful in getting me a great deal on refinancing my home loan. Very happy I went with them as am saving a lot of money compared to the major bank I was with before who has since I left raised rates but my BankSyd rate has remained the same so far.

    Mile End branch's customer service and transparency in dealings were very satisfying. Will defiantly be my first phone call for future business.

    Only criticism I can make is of Bank of Sydney's internet banking system is not as streamlined as the major competitors (not bad but room to polish the system), but this is not a big enough deal to loss a star when I consider the personal service and what I have gained by changing to them. This is also no reflection on the Mile End branch but of BankSyd as a whole.
